Our Team

We bring different perspectives to the table, but we’re united by a love of good coffee, welcoming spaces, and real connection.

Emily Draper

I bring a passion for hospitality and community to everything I do at Frunchroom. My goal is to create the most inviting, welcoming cafe possible. After 18 years with my previous company, I’m excited to help build a place where people connect, linger, and feel at home.

You can usually find me listening to podcasts about neuroscience, biochemistry, and overall wellness. I also enjoy (normal) things like shopping, concerts, and hanging with my son, husband, and cats.

Katie McNeil

I focus on supporting the team and helping create a warm, welcoming space where coffee and wellness come together - inviting people to relax, recharge, and feel taken care of. I love the opportunity to support a new, family-owned small business and help build community.

I spend my free time going for bike rides, taking walks with my dog, getting lost in a good book, tending to my growing succulent collection and spending time with my husband.

We’re Ivy and Stu, a sister-brother duo building Frunchroom Collective as an extension of the home we grew up in — just north of Chicago, in a house that was always open to friends, neighbors, and anyone who needed a place to belong.

Our parents created a space full of warmth, laughter, and connection, where Friday Night Dinners were a cherished tradition and friends became family. That same spirit is what we’re bringing to Libertyville: a welcoming spot to gather, connect, and stay awhile.
